We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and memorable experience for every guest. Please review our terms and policies before booking your stay.

Terms & Conditions

By booking an experience at MW House, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds and rescheduling. Note: All transaction service fees are non-refundable.

2. Weather-Related Rescheduling

In the event of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, or snowstorms), MW House reserves the right to reschedule your visit for safety reasons.

 

3. Damage Deposit

A refundable CAD $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. It will be automatically returned within 2–7 business days after your visit, pending no damage to equipment or property.

 

4. Extra Cleaning Fee

If excessive mess or contamination is found, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit.

 

5. Underage Supervision

Children and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times during camp activities. MW House is not responsible for accidents or injuries involving unaccompanied minors.

 

6. Respect for Nature

Guests must stay on marked trails and respect the natural surroundings. Disturbing wildlife or damaging habitats is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Personal Belongings

MW House is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay.

 

8. Compliance with Laws

All guests must follow applicable local laws and regulations during their visit.

 

9. Final Interpretation

MW House reserves the final right of interpretation for all terms and conditions listed above.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team, while keeping experiences thoughtfully prepared and personal.

Full Refund — 14+ days before arrival

Cancel at least 14 days before your visit to receive a full refund of your deposit. This gives us time to adjust schedules and open your spot to others.

Partial Refund — 7–13 days before arrival

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before your visit are eligible for a 50% refund. This helps cover a portion of our preparation efforts.

Reschedule Option — less than 7 days

If you cancel within 7 days of your visit, we’re unable to offer a refund due to short notice. However, we offer a one-time reschedule option (subject to availability) so you don’t miss out.

Non-Refundable — within 24 hours

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, as our guides and resources have already been allocated for your experience.
